Thank you to everyone who came out last night to support our release of Living A Nightmare, Chasing The Dream.  It has been such a long time coming.  We’re so happy to finally release the album and get it into people’s hands.  There were all sorts of people in attendance, and we appreciate every single person who came to show support.  Thank you for spreading the word and bringing new faces out. 

Thanks to Uncle Paulie for DJing all night.  S.White for his great comeback performance. Skrapz for doing what he does best.  The Berkley Front- bartenders Evan and Tim not to mention Christian for always taking care of us.  These people were integral in helping this night get off the ground.

MONTHLY MIXER

Detroitrap.com’s Uncle P hosts a mixer every month at the Bullfrog, and has asked us to perform a little somethin’ something at the upcoming event which is Thurs. February 11.  It’s a great place for aspiring artists/producers/dj’s/etc. to get together and network.  There is also a beat battle, and a performance by A.M.  The Bullfrog is located on 5 Mile & Telegraph Rd. in Redford.

You can still order the album on the homepage, but the music is also available for purchase on iTunes, Rhapsody, EMusic, Napster, etc.  We’ve got a couple things lined up, and will keep everyone updated as things come.

We’re doing a pre-order for the album b/c we do not have our physical copies in. When you order the album, you get to download the music instantly and then get a copy of the album when it comes out as well as our two previous efforts…all for $10 (including shipping). The album will be available online at such sites as iTunes, Rhapsody, etc, but AM.com is the only place to get the album before it’s actually out.

THANKSGIVING EVE HOMECOMING SHOW @ CAMP TI 11/25

I know what you’re thinking.  “Charlie, why the fuck are you gonna put on a show at your place of work?”  Well, the answer is “Why not?”  Camp Ti is mostly known for its’ rustic atmosphere and wild game food, but they wanted to try something new this year;  enter A.M.

Your boys are bringing in the biggest drinking night of the year to the crib and performing for the FIRST TIME EVER in our hometown of Troy, MI.  You know we had to bring out our favorite DJ, Uncle Paulie, to hold down the best sounds all night.  The show is FREE and music will start around 9PM.  We’ll be going on sometime around 11 if I had to guess.  21+

If you’re coming home to spend Thanksgiving with the parents and are afraid of the po-po pulling you the fuck over like they love to do, going to a local watering hole is your best bet.  This is more or less like a homecoming to the people who haven’t seen us perform recently, or at all from around the way and would like a close/cheap way to check us out.  We’d love to see some faces who have only heard of us and our music, but have never had an A.M. experience.  Pass it on…

Fun fact:  Tony has worked for Camp Ti twice, and at one time was banned from the place (as was I) so this might be his official welcoming back;  although you can catch him posted at the bar from time to time.

The show last night to benefit HEX MURDA was incredible last night and one of the best shows of the year. He suffered a stroke about a month or so ago, and the night was a fundraiser to help pay for his medical bills. It was great to see a PACKED St. Andrew’s Hall in support of a guy who has a huge impact on Michigan and underground hip hop generally speaking.
