ABRASIVE METHOD SOLO PROJECTS.

Tony has been working on his solo album entitled PROJECT PHOENIX for some time, and is about halfway through.  This album is not a TONY FRANKS solo, moreso his transition into PROJECT PHOENIX where you will see exponential growth in his songwriting, singing, and content. Producers lined up for his album so far are Charlie Beans, Eddie Logix, & B.Gozza. A couple more producers are involved with the music, but nothing is locked in yet.  The music for PROJECT PHOENIX is a fresh outlook on our brand of alternative hip hop, and is sure to open some ears to Tony work as a solo artist.

I’ve been gathering beats for my own solo projects.  The first of which, is an untitled EP which will be produced by outside producers.  My first official solo album, entitled Anti-Love Hero will be produced entirely by myself.  Neither album has a specific date, but both should see the light of day in 2011.

Abrasive Method is still going strong, but we wanted to work on our own projects after four albums, countless shows, and unreleased music.  We both want to expand our horizons and work on our own solo albums, although we are both heavily involved in each other’s music.  Stay tuned for the final videos from the WHA.M. Weekend Tour, as well as videos for our upcoming new music.

That’s basically it.  Just wanted to shed some light on a couple of things.
